Revitalize Health & Wellness | Columbus & Warner Robins

Functional Medicine & Total-Body Wellness

Care that considers how you feel, how your body functions, and what matters in your daily life. Your symptoms deserve an individual evaluation—not a one-size-fits-all treatment.

All patient evaluations take place in person at our Columbus or Warner Robins clinic. Scheduling is available online.

Functional Medicine care directory

Hormones, thyroid, gut health, metabolism, nutrition, sleep, stress, and strength are connected. We begin with an in-person evaluation, consider your history and goals, and build an individualized plan with ongoing care.

Gut & digestive health

An in-person evaluation of digestive concerns in the context of nutrition, medications, daily habits, and overall health, with ongoing care or referral when appropriate.

Sleep & stress evaluation

Evaluation of sleep and stress as part of whole-person care, including how they interact with energy, eating patterns, and recovery. We do not offer formal behavioral-health treatment; referrals may be appropriate.

Personalized supplement guidance

Clinical guidance on vitamin and mineral supplementation based on your history, needs, and current medications. A supplement consultation is distinct from shopping in the separate retail store.

Cardiovascular risk & ongoing management

Assessment and management of cardiovascular risk, including cholesterol and blood pressure, with individualized follow-up and coordination with your other clinicians. This care is not limited to weight loss.

Autoimmune & inflammatory concerns

Individualized care that considers symptoms, established diagnoses, nutrition, and daily function. We coordinate with the clinicians involved in your care and refer when specialist evaluation is needed.

Bone health & healthy aging

Care focused on bone health, osteoporosis prevention, strength, and healthy aging, with goals shaped by your history, risks, and stage of life.

Thyroid care: evaluation, context, and follow-up

Thyroid management is available at both Revitalize clinics. Whether you already have a thyroid diagnosis or want to discuss symptoms, begin with an in-person evaluation. Describe the changes you have noticed, when they began, and how they affect your day. Fatigue, changes in weight, or difficulty concentrating do not by themselves establish a thyroid condition.

Bring your current medication and supplement list, previous records if available, and details of any treatment you already receive. Your clinician reviews that context before deciding what further assessment is appropriate. A useful visit can clarify whether thyroid care should be part of your plan, whether a different concern needs attention, and how care should be coordinated with your existing clinicians.

If you are already receiving treatment

Tell us about your response, any difficulties taking medication, and questions about your follow-up. Do not change prescribed treatment based on a website or a symptom checklist. Ask your clinician what the plan is intended to address, how progress will be reviewed, and when to report new concerns. Follow-up timing and treatment decisions are individualized.

Separate questions can deserve separate evaluation

Thyroid concerns and PCOS are not interchangeable diagnoses. If irregular cycles or an existing PCOS diagnosis are your main concern, our PCOS care page explains that visit in more detail. For ongoing tiredness, review our broader fatigue evaluation. We can discuss which starting point fits your situation and whether specialist coordination is appropriate.

Explore a specific appointment

For clinical cycle and metabolic concerns, start with PCOS care. For a cosmetic skin appointment, compare facials, AquaFirme, and dermaplaning. Hair thinning has its own PRP and DE|RIVE evaluation. If you are considering an infusion, the IV hydration and IV therapy overview explains what to confirm before booking. These are different appointments; your concern should guide the next step.

Current services at both clinics

The following services are available in Columbus and Warner Robins. Your clinician determines suitability, discusses risks and expectations, and coordinates follow-up. Lab draws, therapeutic phlebotomy, and peptide consultations and treatment are available when appropriate; contact your chosen clinic for appointment details.

Clinical care, with education alongside it

Learn about Travis Woodley’s credentials and clinical background, explore his book You’re Not Broken—You’re Unbalanced, and visit the learning library and podcast resources. The Institute provides education and coaching alongside the clinic’s separate in-person medical care.

Our supplement retail store is separate from clinical care. Shopping does not establish a patient relationship or replace an evaluation. For individualized supplement guidance, schedule a clinic consultation.
