To our former Auburn, Alabama patients — thank you for your patience while we arranged this transition. Both the Columbus, GA and Warner Robins, GA clinics are open and ready to see you. Your records are already in the system at both locations, your treatment plan continues exactly as it was, and we have published this article specifically so you have everything you need in one place: addresses, phone numbers, driving distances, and direct booking links.
This is not a marketing message. It is a practical transition note.
What changed and what did not change
The Auburn clinic closed in early 2026. Every active patient chart was migrated to our two Georgia locations during the closure. Every active treatment plan — hormone therapy schedules, pellet insertion timing, GLP-1 weight loss protocols, aesthetic maintenance schedules — carries forward without interruption. The clinical team that saw you in Auburn is the same team you will see in Columbus or Warner Robins. Travis Woodley, MSN, RN, CRNP continues to practice at both locations on a rotating schedule.
What changed: the physical address you drive to.
What did not change: your provider relationship, your treatment plan, your pricing, your pharmacy partners, or the standards of care.
Picking the location closest to you
Columbus, GA — 6901 Ray Wright Way, Suite I, Columbus, GA 31909. This location is the closer of the two for almost all former Auburn patients. From central Auburn, the drive is approximately 30 miles east on US-280. Depending on time of day and traffic at the bridge over the Chattahoochee, plan for 35 to 45 minutes door-to-door. The Columbus phone line is (762) 261-3880.
Warner Robins, GA — 840 SR 96, Suite 3300, Warner Robins, GA 31088. Warner Robins is approximately 130 miles east-southeast of Auburn, roughly a two-hour drive via I-85 South → I-185 South → I-75 South. Most former Auburn patients will choose Columbus for routine visits. Warner Robins is the better choice if your work, family, or other commitments already take you toward Macon. The Warner Robins phone line is (478) 366-1244.
If you have specific travel constraints — for example, you preferred a particular day of the week in Auburn — call either line before you book and the patient-care team will check Travis's published schedule at both clinics to find the best fit.
How to schedule your first Georgia visit
Ready to schedule your first visit at Columbus or Warner Robins?
Online booking is open 24/7. If you would prefer to call, both location phone lines reach the same patient-care team.
Book OnlineThree options, in descending order of speed:
- Online booking, 24/7. Use the JaneApp portal at the link in the CTA below. The portal recognizes both locations as part of the same practice — pick the location and day that works for you. If you do not see your preferred provider on a date that fits, switch to the call option below; the front desk can often offer additional flexibility.
- Call the Columbus location at (762) 261-3880 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern). Tell the front desk you are a former Auburn patient and they will pull your chart while booking.
- Call the Warner Robins location at (478) 366-1244 during the same business hours. Same procedure — flag yourself as a former Auburn patient and the team will pull your record.
What to bring to your first Georgia visit
Almost nothing — your chart is already on file. The only items worth bringing if you have them on hand: your most recent outside lab work (if any), a current medication list (over-the-counter and prescription), and a list of any aesthetic or hormonal questions you have been holding since your last Auburn appointment. If you have not had labs in the last twelve months, your provider may order a fresh panel at the visit; bring fasting status and bloodwork-friendly clothing if so.
If you were on a pellet therapy schedule, your next pellet date is already in the system. If you were on a GLP-1 program, your next refill is already authorized at the same pharmacy partner. If you had a Botox or dermal filler maintenance schedule, your treatment map and unit history are in your chart and ready to be referenced at the visit.
Continuity of clinical philosophy
The clinical philosophy that brought you to Auburn — comprehensive labs before treatment recommendations, conservative initial dosing with patient-led titration, attention to the underlying physiology rather than symptom suppression alone — is the same philosophy practiced at Columbus and Warner Robins. Nothing has changed about how Travis approaches a hormone consultation, a weight-loss workup, or an aesthetic plan. The only adjustment is logistics: where you drive, where you park, and which front desk welcomes you.
We understand that medical care is built on trust, and that trust is built over time. Many of you have been with this practice for years. We are committed to making sure that the move from Auburn to either Columbus or Warner Robins is something you barely notice in your continuing care.
If anything about your transition is not as smooth as it should be, please call either location and ask for the practice manager. We will resolve it the same day.
